1.2 Registration Fee: All attendees must pay the appropriate registration fee according to their chosen ticket tier. Payment is non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
1.3 Registration Confirmation: Confirmation emails will be sent upon successful registration. Attendees are required to bring a digital or printed copy of their registration details.
1.4 On-Site Registration: Limited on-site registrations may be allowed based on venue capacity.
1.5 Badge Usage: Badges issued during registration must be worn at all times for identification. Badges are non-transferable.

2. Payments and Refunds
2.1 Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or an authorized online payment platform.
2.2 Refund Policy:

  • Cancellations made before February 15, 2025 will receive a 50% refund.
